Yes, after speaking with the ACTUAL agency that lists N, I was told that he is VERY much STILL available! So, everything is still a go! From this point forward, we will be dealing directly with the adoption agency and NOT RR.
Moving forward and putting things back in place....

Congratulations! Will the fact that you're no longer working with RR change fees, dates, requirements etc?
Thank you :)The only change that we are aware of is that we will not have to pay the $250 commitment fee that RR required to move him off of the "available children" page. Otherwise, everything else should be the same as we were working directly with this agency anyway. Oh, and we will also not have the benefit of having N's picture up on RR for people to see and possibly donate $$ to help us out... But, a small price to pay if we get to HAVE HIM!
